- Admin can track all the orders and cart from the front end of the customers.
- Admin can get logged in customer account from any page of back office.
- Logs to quickly reconnect to a customer account.
- As a Super Admin, manage employees groups (profiles) who can use this feature.
- Admin can see "Login as Customer" on header on every page in back office.
- Admin can see "Login as Customer" Customer List, Customer Detail page and Order Detail page.
- For security reasons and as a Super Admin, you can see which employees use this feature.
- Keep all the records whenever admin or other employee logged in customer account.
- Display customer information in fronted, if admin logged in customer account from back office.
Installation
Installation -
Step : 1 Upload the module zip to backed.
Step : 2 Install it and configure according to your own requirement.
Step : 3 Manage logs, if you want to keep all the records when admin logged in customer account.
Step : 4 Configure all the settings like -
- Show/Hide customer information if admin logged in customer account from back office.
- Show/Hide Login as Customer on order detail page.
- Show/Hide Login as Customer On Customer List and Customer Detail page.
- Show/Hide Login as Customer On header of every page in backend.

- For prestashop v1.7.6.0 and more - No need to require override feature now.
- For prestashop below than v1.7.6.0 required to be override feature enabled.
