You can set shipping price rule as below examples:

Fix price: 10 (any value float or integer).

Increase by 5 : SHIPPING + 5 (any value float or integer with variable and operator)

Decrease by 5 : SHIPPING - 5 (any value float or integer with variable and operator)

Formula : 2.5 * (QUANTITY - 1) (any value float or integer with variable and operator)

Supported Operators: +, -, *, /, ^

Supported Variables: TOTAL, QUANTITY, WEIGHT, WIDTH, HEIGHT, DEPTH, SHIPPING (variables will be replaced with their actual value while calculating the shipping price)
