  • Customer can easily download proforma invoice from Order History table in the profile.
  • Administrator can download it via Back Office order detail page.
  • It can be used instantly after install. It will work for previously created orders.
  • Uses same template as invoice. If you have edited or styled your invoice template, your proforma invoice will look the same, you won't need to style it again.
  • Custom text can be added, e.g. you can your bank details or some other information.
  • Custom footer text available. You can leave it empty if you want to use Invoice template footer text.
  • Payment restrictions, e.g. you might want not to send proforma invoice when customer pays with PayPal.
  • Customer groups restrictions allows to limit proforma invoices availability only to specific customers.
  • Email templates selection allows you to choose to which emails proforma invoice PDF will be attached.
  • Supports auto-incremented proforma invoice numbers.
