Fast, accessible shop theme for WooCommerce and blogs, with one small stylesheet per page type.

== Description ==

Websource is a shop and blog theme built for speed and readability.

* Static CSS compiled from Tailwind CSS: one base file (`assets/css/theme.css`) plus one file per page type (home, product archive, product, cart, checkout, account, post, blog, page, search, 404). Only the file of the current page is loaded. The uncompiled sources are in `assets/src/`.
* Header with search, account and cart, menu drawer on mobile, footer with widget columns.
* Product cards, product page with gallery, purchase box and details as tabs.
* Cart, checkout and account templates; works with the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks and with the classic shortcodes.
* Design tokens as CSS variables, overridable with the `websource_theme_tokens` filter.
* 18 widget areas and 4 menu locations, `theme.json` for the block editor, three block styles and two block patterns, custom background and header image, RTL ready (logical properties), French translation included.
* Works without WooCommerce (blog and pages).

== Installation ==

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload Theme, choose the zip file, then click Install Now.
3. Click Activate.
4. Assign your menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations.
5. Choose the layouts in Appearance > Customize > Theme options.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= What is displayed on the front page? =

The theme follows Settings > Reading. With “Your latest posts” it shows the blog index. With “A static page” it shows the content of that page and the “Home page” widget area; when both are empty it shows built-in sections (introduction, new products, product categories, products on sale, latest posts).

= Do I need Node.js? =

No. The compiled CSS is shipped. Node.js is only needed to rebuild the CSS after changing the sources in `assets/src/` (`npm install && npm run build`).

= Is there a Premium version? =

Yes. The theme page (see Theme URI) presents a Premium version sold by Websource with more header, footer and product page layouts and a set of companion plugins. This free theme is complete on its own and does not require it.

= What does the theme store? Does it collect data? =

The theme only stores its Customizer settings (theme mods named `websource_*`), which WordPress removes when the theme is deleted. It collects no data, sets no cookie and loads nothing from a remote server.
