Website + api for a service of monitoring of server state

Looking for the CORE developement of a Web interface application + API for a Service of monitoring of server state .
- For the Front,I have some bought templates that could be integrated for the web part.
- I have my relationnal models defined
- the controllers features needs to be implemented.
Basic fonctionnality of the App:
- Manage Account
- Manage Monitoring (Add/edit/remove)
- Dashboard of uptime, alerts received
- Status of the servers
