Production videos

The International Rare Diseases Research Consortium (IRDiRC) Scientific Secretariat is looking engage a service provider who can provide the following service: Video Production. The details of the requirements are as follows:
Service: Video production
VIDEO 1
Objective: To release a video coinciding with the 10-year anniversary of the International Rare Diseases Research Consortium (IRDiRC)
Form: Video consisting of short Q&A/interview-format with various individuals involved in IRDiRC
Video length: 5 minutes
Materials available: Pictures, short video clips from IRDiRC archives
Filming requirements (could be directed self-filming):
6 participants will appear in the video. These participants are located in Europe (Paris, Milan), the United States, and 1 or 2 other countries.
Video structure: After introductory graphics and titles, we open on Participant 1, who answers the question: Why is there a need for IRDiRC? The answer leads to exploration of the following topics by the other participants through short, filmed clips interspersed with photo/video montages: nature of rare disease research, setting of goals for IRDiRC, why is there a need for these goals, how IRDiRC impacted the rare disease community from your perspective over the last 10 years, who is included in IRDiRC (shown via representation of the participants). To close the video, Participant 1 (or possibly another participant) talks about strategies/goals/ambition for the future. Appropriate background music and a voiceover can be used if required for the transitions.

VIDEO 2
Objective: To release a video that explains the structure and functioning of the International Rare Diseases Research Consortium (IRDiRC)
Form: Infographic video with voiceover
Video length: 3 minutes
Video structure: Scripted voiceover of IRDiRC structure and functioning with appropriate visuals (pictures/animations) on screen.
