Créer un plugin wocoocommerce

Je suis développeur mais manque de temps pour la création de plugins. Je cherche quelqu'un pour m'épauler régulièrement pour la création de plugins Wordpress et Woocommerce.
Vous devez parler Anglais car les plugins sont faits à la base en Anglais.
Description du projet ci dessous :
This plugin is pretty straightforward, the goal is to get the following informations for each category :
- Total quantity in stock for this category (add all stock from products in this category)
- % products in stock in this category (in stock vs out of stock)
- Total stock value of the category
Here are the requirements :
- Plugin should work easily with very large catalogs (tens thousands of products)
- Reports must be visible in a page and in CSV + XML files accessible by URL
- Reports should be made with cron everyday (this will help reduce sever stress)
- It must be possible to include / exclude products from stock count and stock value count
- Possibility to show these information anywhere using a shortcode

- Possibility to show % of stock value anywhere with shortcode.

Like showing 20% of « category 2 » stock value will be [category2_stockvalue*0.2]
- Make a full version and a lite version. Lite will be :
--Only show top categories (Category 1, Category 2… and not Category 1 > Subcategory 1…)
--Do not show details
--Not possible to use shortcodes
