Creating event in WP calendar just from a Facebook URL copy/paste

In Martinique, my Island, there are few associations working about fair trade.
From time to time they organize some that I need to promote on [Url visible pour les membres Pro] agenda page.
If the association has a Facebook page, I should be to
- Display the event in FaceBook
- Copy the event URL
- Paste the URL in the event management page
- Get the event automatically created with the main FB info and image
( No automatic synchronization is required afterward, but it would be a plus )
If the association has a no Facebook page, I should be to able to create the event manually.
The solution can be the installation of a specific plugging. In this case, my choice will depend on the total estimated cost over the 2 next years
